Visit Findlay Chevrolet to see how enticing the truck makes it to go green without giving up a thing.
Capabilities
Three trims are present in the Chevrolet Silverado EV lineup, and each one has two electric motors and four-wheel drive. The pickup’s total system output varies by trim, with the base Chevy Silverado EV Work Truck producing 510 horsepower. Power increases to 645 and 760 horsepower for the Chevy Silverado EV LT and Chevy Silverado EV RST, respectively.
No matter which model you choose, your Chevrolet Silverado EV will be quick off the line. The truck has comfortable, supportive seats for five passengers and provides ample shoulder, leg-, and headroom in both rows. With the right equipment, the pickup can tow up to 12,500 lbs and haul as much as 1,800 lbs breathlessly.
Estimated Driving Range
Like the pickup’s output varies by trim, so does the number of miles you can drive between charges. The base model can cover as many as 492 miles before you’ll need to “refuel.” You can travel far in the top two trims too because the midlevel model’s estimated driving range is 408 miles, a number that jumps to 460 miles for the Chevrolet Silverado EV RST.

Active Safety Equipment
While new Chevy trucks are made for the toughest jobs, they’re also outfitted to keep you safe. A surround-view camera is standard for the Chevy Silverado EV, for example, and it provides a clear view of your surroundings. The pickup’s other active safety features include:
- Forward and reverse automatic emergency braking
- Lane departure warning with lane-keeping assist
- Rear parking sensors
- Lane-centering assist
- Blind-spot monitor with a rear cross-traffic alert
- Adaptive cruise control
