I had a great time trading in my existing pick up to upgrade to a 2026 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss. Omar was great as a salesman. I do not like pressure and I never felt at one moment that there was the want for him to sell me anything. He just just showed me what I wanted to see and let me make the choices. She was very pleasant during the meeting and was advised of the estimated amount and services to be conducted by technicians and that an overnight service would be optimal for all the maintenance services required. I have a corporate account with the parts department there. We mainly deal with Billy, David and Allen. Billy & David always gives us the best service possible with a great attitudes and a smiles. Davids the only person behind the front counter that we will deal with and nobody else. Today Allen went over and beyond to get me a part that could only be found at one dealership in the hole entire city. Special thanks to all three which is why we get all of our parts here and nowhere else.

Last week I took my 2019 C7 Z06 corvette to Findlay Chevrolet for the following, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, differential oil change and a transmission flush. Our service Advisor Lana is fantastic. She always goes above and beyond to help me get our vehicles in and out whenever we have them serviced. Lana is great about communicating every step of the way so that we do not have to worry about anything. I know our vehicless are in great hands and she does everything in her power to make it a great experience for us. She is one of the best service advisors our company has seen in our 10 years of servicing our vehicles at Findlay.

Wonderful experience! Everything was done and ended up costing a little less than estimated. Rodrigo look after us and went above and beyond with excellent communication. I’ve been going to Findlay’s for years now and I think the service department is better than ever before.
Car went into service on 05/22/26. Finally got a diagnosis that the motor windings were shorted out and needed new electric motor, quote $10,100.00, on a 2017. On June 23 I had it towed to an independent shop and and had complete drive unit installed, I skipped them diagnosing as I thought I got a correct diagnosis. Lesson learned, after drive unit installed car has exactly the same DTC codes showing and exactly the same symptoms. $5,000.00 later, car is at a different Chevy Dealership and its been over 9 weeks now. Rodrigo is a miracle worker. I dropped my car off and was told it would be at least a 2 day wait for diagnostic testing. A couple of hours later I get a call. Diagnostic done and we found the problem. Thanks to Rodrigo my car was finished a couple of hours later. He is the best. I always call him, for the last 5 years, when I need to get my car in.
