The dealership has a nice selection of cars and plenty of salespeople. My issue with this dealership is when we were signing the papers. We had agreed on a certain amount that I initialed and signed for when we got down to the last paper to sign. The price had jumped up $4000. Luckily, I was paying attention.
I would like to commend Dalia of the Service Department and Dominic of the Sales Department. My 'Check Engine' light came on with my 2020 Chevy Trax. I brought it in for service. They found a multiple amount of costly repairs. The car had 65,000 miles on it. I am a ride share Driver and needed the car for work. They managed to get me into a newer 2022 Chevy Trax with only 13,000 miles on it. I was surprised, considering my credit score was sub-par due to circumstances beyond my control. They still worked it out for me that very same day. ***** 5 Stars

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado and had the pleasure of working with James throughout the process. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, always making time to assist me even when he had other customers. He was quick to respond to my messages and made sure I was always in the loop. There were some unexpected hiccups with the truck itself—scratches, tint bubbles, a chip in the windshield, some technical obstacles, and it wasn’t filled with DEF. These issues were frustrating, but what truly stood out was how James handled everything. He went above and beyond to make things right, ensuring that every concern I had was addressed. I always dread dealerships because I feel like as soon as you pull up there on you like vultures, but I have to give an enormous shout out to Janet who was not only absolutely amazing but she completely changed my perception! She was just easy-going, didn’t make me feel pressured, but she was on top of everything in a timely manner took care of every detail and even remembered my garage door opener that I forgot in the car I traded in. I highly recommend her if you’re going to buy a car you need to go see Janet Thank you 😊
I was screwed in not getting both keys. I should have been told before I bought it that I had to pay extra for the second one. I was misguided & misrepresented. I gave my both keys on the trade. I should not have to pay for my second keys & remote. I'm not happy about this.

I'm not the type to ever post reviews but this dealership deserves a negative review. l've already have told my family, friends, and co-workers to never buy a vehicle from here. This is by far the worst Car buying experience l've ever experienced. Bought a truck from there and they told me after the test drive that it won't be done for 2-3 days. It took me 9 days to finally receive my truck because they found mechanical issues that should have been inspected and resolved before they even tried selling it to me. Through the 9 days they gave me nothing but bad communication and failed after failed promises. I never once felt like I received good customer service after the first initial day. When I arrived to pick up the truck they had taken out the bed cover and truck bed mat out. Both were there when I looked, test drove, and signed the paperwork for it. Claiming there was damage, so in short they gave me a truck that I didn't sign for stripping away some of its premium features.
